Using the End System Multicast software currently under development here at Carnegie Mellon, we are able to stream all of our content to students and faculty year-round, and make some special events available to the public for free. This includes sporting events, Carnival and Buggy Coverage, and some campus lectures.

Due to some privacy and copyright issues, the majority of our programming requires that our viewers be connected to the Internet from a campus IP address, or use a VPN Connection. This restriction does not apply to special events such as sporting events, lectures, debates, and Buggy.
